How to Make a Complaint
It is extremely rare however should you have the need to make a complaint, this can be done via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours.
A manager will complete a full investigation within 14 days this includes reviewing all invoices, liaising with the customer to obtain relevant information and interviewing the engineer/employees. We will then provide the customer with a full written response to the complaint with the outcome of the investigation.
If your complaint is in relation to damage that may have been caused by us do not worry, we are fully insured.
However, we ask that a complaint of this nature is raised in writing to Throne Plumbing & Heating Limited,46 Normanton Road, South Croydon, Surrey Cr2 7ar as soon as possible.
